Step 1:
- Enter Password after new Install of Server GUI enviroment
Step 2:
- Right Click the network icon bottom right and select Open Network and Sharing Centre (You can navigate either way but this was the quickest for me)

You might be prompted to Join Work Network you can select yes.(Normaly pops up from the side)
- You can also select Local server and configure the settings there as well
Step 3:
- Select Change Adapter Settings
Step 4:
- Right Click Ethernet Icon and select Properties
Step 5:
- Select IPV4 , and select properties
Step 6:

Enter Your Static IP Address,Subnet Mask and Gateway (Whatever Class Addresses)
Note - You should setup the dns to point to itself if you have configured a dns server already
- Click Ok
